Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNAKARAN K.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ regularly and investigation is almost completed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioners are coolie workers and their day to day livelihood is very much affected and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed. 4.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
