JUDGMENT

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ (Judgment of the Court was delivered by NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO,J)

This writ appeal is preferred against the order rendered by the learned single Judge dated 17.08.2011 in W.P(MD)No.9242 of 2011. That writ petition was instituted by the writ petitioner calling in question the correctness and validity of the proceedings dated 31.03.2008 as well as the proceedings dated 01.11.2010 issued by the appellants. Through the said proceedings, two charges have been framed against the writ petitioner who worked as Village Administrative Officer of Kammangadu Village, Aranthagi Taluk, Pudukkottai District. It has now been brought to our notice that the charges have themselves been withdrawn against the writ petitioner and hence, no cause for adjudication in this writ appeal would survive. Accordingly, the writ appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P(MD)No.5885 of 2016 is closed.
