ORDER
The revision petitioners have filed the present Civil Revision Petition invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Judge, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose of O.S.No.136 of 2012, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners. Since the case is for a limited relief of speedy disposal, no notice need be sent to the respondents. 3.The revision petitioners have filed O.S.No.136 of 2012 before the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli, for recovery of possession and permanent injunction. The said suit is pending before the Court below for the past 6 years and repeatedly adjourned without any reasons. Hence, the revision petitioners have filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose of O.S.No.136 of 2012, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4.Considering the limited relief sought for by the revision petitioners, without going into the merits and demerits of the allegation raised by them, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the following direction:- The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.136 of 2012, pending on his file, on merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on dayto-day basis, without giving any adjournment to both the parties. After passing orders, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, shall report the same to this Court within a period of ten days.
No order as to costs.
