This petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Subordinate Judge Thirumangalam, Madurai, to dispose the suit OS.No.807 of 2017, pending on his file in a time bound manner as fixed by this Court and allow the same and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Madurai, vide the letter in D.No.1015/2019 dated 25.01.2019, this court made the following order:- By Note order dated 21.01.2019, the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, has requested further time of four months for disposal of the case in O.S.No.807 of 2017.

2.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended further for a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 03.08.2018.
