ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4264 of 2026 dated 26.02.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions, and the fact that the investigation in this case is almost complete, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every English calendar month for a period of three months.

4. In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 16-04-2026 mkn 2/4
