ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in connection with Crime No.37 of 2024 for the offence under Section 379 of IPC, has 1/3

filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner committed theft of one sack of cotton from the defacto complainant's house. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the property is yet to be recovered.
