The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking permission to conduct the Vaikasi Festival at Sri Muthu Paradesi Sithar Samadhi Kovil, Valliyoor Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, on 30.05.2024.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the festival date is over and therefore, this petition becomes infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
