ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side. With the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is disposed of finally at the admission stage.

2.The petitioner suffered order at the hands of the third respondent. Questioning the same, he moved the second respondent. The appeal was filed way back in November 2020. The petitioner wants the same to be disposed of. No exception can be taken to the said request.

W.P(MD)No.12030 of 2022 3.The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent is obliged to hear the contesting parties also. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. The only direction that has now been given is that the second respondent should dispose of the petition mentioned appeal in a time bound manner.
