Pleased to call for the records and set aside the judgment pronounced by learned Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni made in S.C.No.8/2021 dated 14.02.2022 and allow the above Criminal Appeal. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGANATHAN C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.NAMBI SELVAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3251/2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.187/2022, dated 10.03.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
