[Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] Alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 02.07.2014 in Crl.Appeal No.1277 of 2014, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cases in which enquiry was conducted without issuance of 41-A were considered by the learned Single Judge of this Court and all the criminal proceedings were quashed. 3.In view of the same, no further action is required in this Contempt Petition.
