ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent herein to provide necessary police protection to petitioner's life and property in the light of his representation dated 18.02.2023, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that enquiry is pending on the above said representation and it will be completed within a short time.

3.Let the above said representation be disposed of by the respondent police within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by summoning the petitioner as well as the rival parties, on its own merits and in accordance with law. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further action be taken either by the competent authority or by the petitioner, if he is aggrieved. 2/4
