ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation from the second respondent to the fifth respondent or some other competent agency.
2.This Court passed the following order on 19.09.2018: "The respondent police is directed to get permission before the Court below within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter immediately send the documents to the hand writing expert."
3.The learned Government Advocate submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the documents have been handed over to the handwriting experts. The Handwriting experts had sought for some more documents in order to give a final report. The learned Government Advocate would also submit that the entire process will be completed within a period of two months and final report will be filed before this Court.
4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete entire investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
