RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Extend the time for surrender and producing sureties before Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act cases Thanjavur in Cr.No.75/2022 in Crl.O.P.9427/2022 on 18.05.2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SATHISH KUMAR K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender and producing sureties before the Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Thanjavur, in Crime NO.75 of 2022 in Crl.OP(MD) No.9427 of 2022 on 18.05.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to not willingness of one of the surety, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.OP(MD)No.9427 of 2022 on 18.05.2022. 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 18.05.2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.9427 of 2022is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
