ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 11.06.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 363 I.P.C r/w Section 6(f) of POCSO Act, 2012, and Section 9 of Child Marriage Act, in Crime No.4 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the victim girl, who is aged about 16 years, was kidnapped by the petitioner on 02.05.2018. Hence, the complaint.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and the victim loved with each other and they got married on 01.06.2018. Though they got married, there is no sexual intercourse between them. The petitioner is in judicial custody from 12.06.2018 onwards. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Pudukottai District.

(ii)the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders;
