PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2020, in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 14.09.2020 in accordance with law.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the second respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.No.30/D2PS/HO/TAPAL/ARR/2020 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10103 of 2020 during enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
