.. Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for records pertaining to the original impugned tender notification of the 1/6

4th respondent in Na.Ka.B2/210/2025 dated 04.04.2025 and 2nd impugned tender notification of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.B2/210/2025 dated 17.04.2025 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue fresh tender for all the items of works namely 51 works coming within the Thirupuvanam Panchayat Union, Sivagangai District.

ORDER

The petitioner has challenged the tender notification issued by the fourth respondent inviting bids for various works within its jurisdiction, contending that the notification is in violation of Rule 21 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Rules, 2000.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the very same tender notification was challenged before this Court in W.P.(MD) No.11793 of 2025. A Coordinate Bench of this Court, by order dated 25.08.2025, upheld the 2/6

validity of the said tender notification. It was further submitted that the petitioner has not challenged the work order issued pursuant to the tender notification.

3. In view of the fact that the validity of the impugned tender notification has already been upheld by a Coordinate Bench of this Court and that the consequential work order has not been challenged, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed.

5. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
