... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.(MD).No.4808 of 2022 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.3037 of 2022 dt.18.04.2022 on the file of this Honble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESH PANDIAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.(MD).No.4808 of 2022 in Crl.OP.(MD). No.3037 of 2022 on 18.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.6799 of 2022 and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month, ie., on the first working day of every month at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
