Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to forbear the registering authority from registering any document in respect of the petition mentioned lands. Such a relief cannot be granted in writ proceedings. It is now brought to my notice that the petitioner had already filed O.S.No.114 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul.

3. The petitioner has to necessarily pursue a remedy only in the said suit. Leaving open the petitioner's rights and remedies, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 05.08.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No rmi 2/4
