ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent herein to provide necessary police protection to petitioners life and limb of her representation dated 06.04.2023 within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that already a civil case is pending between the petitioner and the third respondent. A criminal case was also registered in Crime No.257 of 2023 and prays for police protection.

3.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated a case and counter case was registered. The counter case in Crime No.258 of 2023 was also registered against the petitioner.

4.It is seen that there is case and counter case. The respondent police is directed to take action against both the parties. 2/4

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is closed.
