ORDER

Heard Mr.K.P.S.Palanivelrajan, learned Senior Counsel Assisted by Mr.S.Vijaya Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for Petitioner and Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned Counsel for Respondent.

2. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the GWOP No.647 of 2023, GWOP No.71 of 2024 and HMOP No.38 of 2024 pending on the file of Family Court at Trichy to Family Court at Erode.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Senior Counsel for Petitioner submitted that Petitioner do not propose to press this petition and want to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Learned Counsel for Respondent, stated that he had no objection to the prayer made by the learned Senior Counsel for Petitioner.

5. In view of the submissions and endorsement made by learned Senior Counsel for Petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
