Respondents Prayer:Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent with regard to lands in Survey Nos.221/12A and 221/12B measuring to an extent of 0.4.00 Ares and 0.2.00 Ares and total extent is 0.06.0 Ares (15 Cents) situated in his native village I.e, Sirunallur Village, Akkaloor Group, Nakarikathan Post, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and consequently direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner, based on the complaint, given by the fourth respondent herein.

2.When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that a complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.58 of 2021 and it came to be closed on 14.07.2021, by observing that it is a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10754 of 2021 civil dispute and the parties were directed to work out their remedy before the Civil Court for appropriate remedy. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
