Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioners are unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.5775 of 2022 dated 29.03.2022.

3.
