This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to pass an Order of Direction directing the 3rd respondent police to Not to Harass the petitioner and her son in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the 4th respondent and thereby considering the petitioners representation dt.07.04.2023.

2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the complaint filed by the complainant was closed as it is civil in nature. 3.In view of the above said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
