This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction against the respondent to dispose of the Appeal No. 1/4

12376/Aa4/2022 within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner is a senior citizen. Without entering into any examination of the facts, a direction is given to the respondent, if the parties to the appeal had entered appearance and if they had made effective representation regarding the appeal, then from that date onwards within a period of three months, the appeal should be disposed of.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
