Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner states that he is the respondent in the patta application made by the 4th respondent and proceedings are pending from 15.08.2024. The petitioner merely seeks for expeditious disposal of the said proceedings.

3. Considering limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the application of the 4th respondent and the petitioner's objection and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
