ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking police protection for the elected body of CSI church.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the contesting respondents submits that the election has not been completed and the petitioner has not been elected. The learned Senior Counsel further 2/4

submits that a Committee of Administrators has been appointed by this Court in O.S.A.Nos.198, 188, 190, 192 and 236 to 238 of 2023, 31 and 32 of 2024, by order dated 12.04.2024. He further submits that the order of this Court passed in O.S.A.Nos.236 to 238 of 2023 dated 12.04.2024 was challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP Nos.9079-9081/2024 and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3. Since this issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP Nos.9079-9081/2024 , this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. 10.07.2024 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
