(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take immediate action to stop the illegal construction of the Network Towers in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

W.P(MD)No.2126 of 2019 Ward No.55, Renganathapuram, Tirunelveli Town, Tirunelveli District by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.01.2019.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent has produced a communication of the District Collector, Tirunelveli, addressed to him in Na.Ka.No.C4/492/2022-HA-DC, dated 10.10.2022 and submitted that the prayer of the petitioner has been met with by the respondents.

3. The submission of the learned Government Advocate is not refuted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Recording the aforesaid communication, dated 10.10.2022 and the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
