2.This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned FIR.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, that investigation has already been completed and the final report was also filed before the jurisdictional court on 24.09.2020. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication at this stage. It is for the petitioners to move this Court again if needed at a later stage.
