The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 herein to provide necessary Police Protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner, on the basis of his representations dated 01.08.2020 & 01.09.2020, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, FIR in Cr.No.621 of 2021, was registered on the file of respondent police. 3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
