2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that only to wreck vengeance, since the official respondents registered case against the petitioner, the present complaint was given. But, it appears that no summon has been issued to the petitioner for undertaking the enquiry.

3.Let the first respondent herein conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner in accordance with law by summoning the petitioner.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
