2. Heard Mr.R.Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Pleader submitted that based on G.O.Ms.No.11 Environment and Forests (FR.5) Department dated 08.02.2018, parking and bathing fees are collected, which cannot be faulted with.
4. In our opinion, when tourists are visiting the place, it is imperative that they pay such fees, which is levied all over the world. Hence, we do not find any merit in this Public Interest Litigation and the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
