ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry on the basis of the objection petition dated 05.01.2024 by scrutinizing the original document .

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's objection petition dated 05.01.2024, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
