ORDER

The respondent in D.V.C.No.41 of 2023, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, has filed the present revision petition challenging the dismissal of his application for transferring the same to any another Court.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner has submitted that the matter has been settled in the Mediation and therefore, no further adjudication is called for.

3.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the C.R.P., in case, if the settlement has not been arrived. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
