ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner by interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd and 4th respondents.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based upon the complaint and counter complaint given by both the parties, enquiry has been undertaken in C.S.R.No.279 of 2022. During the course of enquiry, it was found that there is no issue with regard to the property in S.No.579/3 and both parties have given undertaking that they will resolve the issue through civil process. This petitioner is also given an undertaking that he will not make any trouble to the counter party. On the basis of the above said undertakings given by both parties, both complaints have been closed.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government 2/4

Advocate (Crl. Side), there is nothing survives for further consideration in this matter.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
