produced a copy of the patta before this Court. He further submits that the present civil revision petition may be allowed.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, the impugned order, dated 30.03.2023 made in I.A.No.143 of 2023 in O.S.No.86 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif, Aranthangi is set aside. The present Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
