I heard the matter on 22.04.2026 and on 29.04.2026. Mr.M.Chandrasekar reported that he would advise the first respondent/ third defendant to withdraw I.A.No.7 of 2026 against the counsel representing the plaintiffs and his Clerk, namely, the civil revision petitioners herein. I listed the matter for him to do the needful yesterday (03.06.2026). When the matter was taken up yesterday, Mr.Chandrasekar reported he is no longer appearing and Mr.B.Fazil Kirmani reported that 1/5

he has entered appearance. He sought time to get instructions. Hence, I listed the matter today i.e., 04.06.2026. When the matter was taken up today, Mr.Fazil Kirmani has filed a memo, which is scanned and extracted hereunder:

2.As the third defendant himself has decided to withdraw the application in so far as the Counsel and the Advocate Clerk are concerned, nothing remains to be decided in the revision other than recording the memo extracted above. Consequently, the application in 3/5

I.A.No.7 of 2026 on the file the II Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli, will stand dismissed against the civil revision petitioners. The learned District Munsif is requested to correct the cause-title accordingly by deleting the Advocate and the Advocate Clerk from the array of parties.
