Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents. With the consent of the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Considering the nature of the relief to be granted in this writ petition, notices to the third and fourth respondents are dispensed with.

W.P.(MD)No.12488 of 2020 2.All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the petition mentioned appeal. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the first respondent will dispose of the same within a period of three months.

3.Recording the said submission, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass orders one way or the other. The first respondent should put all the stake holders on notice before passing final orders.

4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
