PETITION FOR BAIL Under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.07 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.05.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 11(4) r/w 12 of POCSO Act, 2012, in Crime No.07 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner followed the victim girl continuously, who is aged about 13 years at the time of incident, and had committed sexual harassment on her. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is pending.

CRL OP(MD). No.10634 of 2022 5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged against the petitioner and also the fact that investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
