PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.63 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A4 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.04.2023 for the offences under sections 294(b), 324,341,506(2) and 365 of IPC in Crime No.63 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 17.04.2023 at around 5.30 pm., the petitioner along with other accused abused the defacto complainant and his friends in filthy language and assaulted them and also threatened with dire consequences, hence the case.

4. It is seen that five previous cases are pending against the petitioner and two persons sustained injuries in the said occurrence. That apart the petitioner was arrested only on 18.04.2023 hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
