RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No. 20051/2018 dated 02.11.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PRABHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate ( Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20051 of 2018 on 02.11.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from 01.12.2018 to till date.

4.
