O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This writ petition has been instituted seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the fourth respondent in Survey No.51/1 of Balasamuthiram Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District, and to consider the petitioner's representations dated 20.08.2018 and 26.12.2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the authorities concerned will initiate all actions for removal of

encroachments by following the procedures as contemplated under the relevant act and rules.

3. In view of the above, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to identify the encroachments and thereafter, initiate all appropriate actions for removal of encroachments by following the procedures as contemplated under the relevant act and rules. Such an exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
