O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in the case in Crime No.296 of 2022 from 4th respondent to 3rd respondent or any other independent agency.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even after registration of First Information Report in Crime No.296 of 2022 on 22.12.2022, so far, no action has been taken by the third respondent, not even by recording the statement of this petitioner.

3. The petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent Police. The third respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation process in Crime No.296 of 2022, within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
