RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.21185 of 2018 dated 30/11/2018 as appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate NO.IV, Tirunelveli instead of appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR,Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21185 of 2018 dated 30.11.2018 as appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi instead of appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is having life thread from the local community people. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial
