Prayer in WP(MD). 16623/ 2016 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the entire records in connection with the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Pa.Mu.P4/923/2013 dated 30.10.2013 and quash the same.
