ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. According to the petitioner, mistake had taken place in the description of the petition mentioned property in the settlement deed executed by his father, Therefore, he wants proper patta to be issued and mentioned in the correct extent. The application had been given in this regard to the third respondent.

3. The third respondent is directed to enquire into the same and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent shall hear the fourth respondent before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or other.
