ORDER

The petitioner submitted a representation dated 18.03.2026 before the first respondent. In the said representation, the petitioner has stated that the third respondent Firm is not a registered Firm and the earlier work experience also came to an end on 12.11.2023 and therefore, the application of the third respondent/V Best Engineers as registered Firm shall be treated as new one and the past experience ought not to have taken into consideration for any purpose. The petitioner's grievance is that the said representation has not been considered.

2. Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

3. The said submission is taken on record.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 08.03.2026 submitted by the petitioner on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after providing an opportunity of hearing to the second respondent.

5. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. There shall be no orders as to costs.
