PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to imprint the Aadhar Number, Cell Phone number of the owners of the cattle and goat in the entire district as identification badge in the ears of the cattle and goat and to affix the red and yellow stickers as reflectors in the cattle's horn, to take severe action against the owners of the wandering cattle and to prevent wandering of the cattle on the roads and to prevent road accidents.
