ORDER : The Court made the following order :- On the earlier occasion, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was working as a Manager in Poorvika Mobiles, Tirunelveli and this Court, directed the respondent police to verify the petitioner's counsel submission and directed the Investigating Officer to present before this Court on the next hearing date.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that earlier submission that has been given by the petitioner is not a genuine one and a false information has been given before this Court for the purpose of getting anticipatory bail.

3.Such kind of practice can not be appreciated by this Court. On this sole ground alone, this Court without going to the merits of this case, dismiss this Criminal Original Petition.
