Cross massage in the name and style of RHYTHM AYURVEDIC SPA at Hotel S.V.S. This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA ie. Cross massage in the name and style of RHYTHM AYURVEDIC SPA at Hotel S.V.S. Grand, No.1720/4C2, Race Course Road, Dindigul, Dindigul District 624 003 by passing orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 13.04.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police would submit that the respondents police are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.12828 of 2022 ready to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.04.2022, on appearance of the petitioner before the respondent Police.

3. Recording the same, the first respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.04.2022 after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner. The petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the respondent police for enquiry. The first respondent may take suitable action in his representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
