*********** The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the Principal Sessions Judge, (FAC), Madurai. But then the Court below had stipulated that the petitioners will have to furnish two sureties each. The petitioners are four in number. They seek permission to furnish common sureties covering all these cases. 2.According to the petitioners counsel there are some difficulties to furnish two sureties each.

3.Finding force in the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are permitted to furnish common sureties for all these cases.
